Heel fijn! de oefeningen worden duidelijk uitgelegd n.a.v van filmpjes. De work out is helemaal op maat samen gesteld wat heel prettig is omdat je een persoonlijk doel hebt. De app zelf is strak en overzichtelijk. Ik raad het iedereen aan!!

I’m using this app after I was desperate to get back in shape, but didn’t know how. First, my instructor helped me finding a suitable workout. After that I got back in the gym: opening the app and it shows me right a way what to do, how often, and which weights I need. I can simply press play to the video and it shows me how to do the exercises correctly. navigation through the app goes by feel and is user friendly. Also, the design is clean and instinctive. By the convenience of the app, I can’t do my workouts without it anymore :D

I started using this app for the preparation and revalidation of my surgery. Not only is the layout of the app very neat and practical, it also helped me alot to stay consistent and to keep track of my improvements. They are very open for feedback and have many different exercises to choose from. Would definitely recommend!!!

Love how simple and clean the app is. By sticking to the plan which they made with great care, I have reached the unthinkable and this is only one part of the long-term goal. The massage and stretching plans are fantastic. I have never felt so comfortable in my body.

Having experienced the app for a while now I can conclude the interactions are easy, clear examples on what you need to do and definitely in use separating itself from other apps and also more personal detail on what is beneficial for your own growth.
