I am fully satisfied in my experience with Mealawe. Great app. Customer service was responsive. It’s value for money if you look at quality and hygiene.

Very Tasty food

I didn't get my order worst service I have classes from 2pm early you guys bring my order and without even delivering me they sent msg that your order is delivered really disappointed it is they're neither rescheduling it nor cancelling just snatching money and making profit from other one's conditionsat 2:15 how would I pick my order from classes

So guys, don't go by the ratings given by others. I'll tell you the reality. I am a vegetarian, and they sent me a non-veg parcel on Vat Savitri Purnima. I was about to sue them for high compensation. They manipulated me, claiming they were new to this and everything. I have call duration screenshots where the owner first told me he was a lawyer and then said he was the owner. They are hypocritical people. They promised me a five-day compensation with a super deluxe thali, but they committed fraud. Now, they are saying they will only compensate for one day. They flipped and cheated again.They told me they are now ready to send the thali because I mentioned I have screenshots and will take action. So now, they are ready to send the thali. Guys, please don't fall for any reviews. This review is honest. We are consumers and we are giving them money; it isn't charity. On the day I received the non-veg food, they were not willing to take my call. Their support team is extremely slow. They told me the people who make the food are uneducated and maybe made a mistake. The parcel had my name on it, and they blamed the Dunzo delivery guy as well. It was my mistake to choose this platform to order food. I should have taken legal action that day, but it’s not too late. I’ll do whatever is best. He is not a man of his word. I am a consumer and they made a mistake. They should thank me for not suing them and at least return the favor nicely. Additionally, it’s a sin they sent me non-veg food. Their consumer support is very, very, very slow. When that incident happened, she was not willing to receive my calls. I have screenshots about this as well. Guys, we are consumers, and we have our rights. I will not recommend this kind of pathetic behavior and service to anyone. Save your money and order from somewhere else; it’s really not worth it. I also had to fight about the food quantity. It was very little. If they give three chapatis, the sabzi is only enough for one chapati. It was too little. After explaining everything to them, they finally understood. They count the grams of sabzi they provide, but they don't mention the grams on their app. If they did, I don't think anyone would choose this platform to order. It’s bad, it’s disgusting. Don’t fall for this. They told me their staff is uneducated and it was a mistake.
