Their communication is terrible
Their communication is terrible. No one responds to messages, and there is no other means of communication except email, which they don't reply to at all. There is no way to retrieve products or inquire about delayed shipments within the application. The shipments may arrive on time or be significantly delayed, without any notification or apology from them. It was an extremely negative experience, and I lost my money on a dress that I couldn't return because they didn't respond. I do not recommend them at all.
