The food quality is good.. But the App is very buggy. i am on latest version still while trying to pay online, It auto logout and enforce only COD option.

Seemless but UX issues
While checking out, the checkout windows drops down if a small downwards accidental swap is made… it’s a small issue but it can get annoying sometimes
You can't add address. No matter how u try
Very bad experience. Can't add address
App crashes on clicking cooking instructions
Had to use website to read cooking instructions. Wasnt ordering more until this is resolved. As a customer, we have the right to know how to cook item. Ordered fish 1st time, from website, it is good. But not the app.

Delay in delivery
What’s the use of choosing a delivery slot time when your all deliver at your own sweet time. Plus your chat system is hopeless. The non bot people take forever to reply. What’s the use of paying them salary when they don’t know what the job is all about and turn around time to reply to a customer. Hopeless and no use of ordering from metigo when they advertise time slot as per convince but don’t deliver even paying extra for early delivery fee.
Disgusting
There was dead frozen fly in the meat. It was disgusting, charging so much for packaging, requesting us to not wash meat, but how can one eat meat with flies. Disgusting.
Stale packaged meat with worst customer support
They are passing off frozen meat as fresh and have a terrible customer support. Stay away from these online meat companies and source them locally from nearest stores.
Good stuff, quick delivery, reasonable rates.
