Been using for 3 years and still working.
Setting up took two goes, but the second time it set up all smoothly. One suggestion: add the feature where the time switched On and Off will vary randomly by up to 30 minutes either way. Currently the light will switch off at exactly the same time, which a thief will notice. But if we could choose a setting where the time switched On and Off will vary by a random number of minutes (up to say 30 minutes), thus will give the illusion that someone is actually home.
Fill in the require form,come up to password choose more than 10character include special character but the system cannot accept the password
Asks for password and I input a 10-20 digit password with number and letters with caps and no caps and still tells me it’s not right. Fix your app. Taking the products back…
this is a useless product, cannot connect it to my phone. Completely waste of time.
Not able to reset the password even after 10 attempts in hours gap. System report invalid token which get pass through on first screen.
After upgrading the app, cannot reset password. Got “Incorrect user token”
Great product, but would love if they fixed the spelling of Auguest rather than August.
Very poor that I can't see the text in this review. I'm downgrading my rating to 2 stars
After loading a app onto a new device it will not allow a reset of an existing user. It sends me a code which works through first part, then in reset password it has a user token invalid error. There is no website to do this manually and there is no where to get help. To resolve this I had to create a new email address and resync all my smart plugs. Not a great experience if you ever put onto a new device.
