This is a very good app for those who want to try meditation for the first time. The meditations are divided in different chapters which make them easy to follow . The layout is also very intuitive and easy to use. I haven't found many good options in Spanish so would definitely recommend this one for Spanish speakers.

Es una aplicación fantástica que no sólo te ayudará a meditar, sino también a conectar contigo mismo y con el presente. Viene en inglés y en español. Sonidos de la naturaleza espectaculares. Ayuda a dormir y a descansar.

Gracias a esta aplicación he descubierto los beneficios que tiene la meditación para mi cuerpo y mente, son 10 minutos al día, ademas las explicaciones están muy bien hechas y hacen que la meditación resulte mucho más fácil!!!
