This timer gives you just what you ask for: time. Nothing fancy, just a good old meditation timer. It’s perfect.

I have adhd and it’s really important for my brain to get instant feedback for actions. Helps me stay consistent.

I am getting back into meditating after a ten year hiatus. Goodness, has technology changed in meditation apps! I had one before that was just a timer with a bell and a way to chat with people who had just finished meditating—great app, but it is no more. I needed something that would help my meditation practice but not detract. This has nice bells, good customization, and pretty pictures you can put on the back of the timers so you see, for example, a relaxing woodlands scene before and after meditating. It doesn’t have anything you don’t need to just sit in mindfulness. If I were you, I would give it a try, then enjoy being more present to life.

Can't really ask for more from a free product... does everything I need it to and more!

It’s easy to set up. And the sound quality of the gongs and chimes is good.

I use this timer for everything: yoga, meditation, interval training, and at work! Easy to use right away.

I used for a long time. It is probably the best meditation timer out there. But… I’m a former iOS developer and I understand the costs involved in making apps. But $10/year is really on the high side. But that’s not why it is only 4 stars. The sounds! Especially for a paid app the library of included bell sounds be much larger.
