the best app everrrrrrr

This app has a lot of great features but the one I am looking for this app doesn’t fulfill. What I want is so simple and no one can seem to do it. All I am looking for is a nature sound (not water which can make me want to pee) without something annoying in the loop. This app has a fly that comes around every so often. What????? A fly does not help me to achieve peace. Whenever it comes around it brings me out and then I have to focus on not letting the fly annoy me. Well that just doesn’t work for me. I don’t want guided meditations and all the other stuff. I just want to relax for 30 minutes with a wall of nature sounds like birds without a fly or an obvious bird sound that is part of an obvious loop. Disappointed that the most simple thing isn’t achieved here.

I found this app through a YouTuber named Hamza, and since then it has transformed my life. This is the best meditation app out of many I have tried including all the more popular ones. It’s design is so simple and clean and the various meditations available have helped me in so many situations. The people they have voice guiding the meditations all have very nice and calming voices. I especially resonate with the mindfulness and compassion body scans. After 350+ sessions over the past 2 years I can say with certainty I have gained a greater sense of mindfulness, focus, and kindness towards myself and others in my life. Medito has helped me transform myself from the degenerate gamer that I was to a healthy human being. I’ve always had this strange desire to be a monk in the mountains and become “self actualized” but obviously that’s outlandish for a regular person but just using this app for 10-20 min a day really makes me feel like some sort of stoic monk lol. Massive gratitude to anyone at the Medito Foundation reading this <3
