Landscape mode not working on iPad 9th generation. This is annoying as the iPad hangs against the wall. Is it possible to fix this?

After not being able to use the app for 3 months on my old iPhone 11 pro, it finally worked again. Then a few weeks later I switched to iPhone 14 pro and it doesn’t work all over again. I don’t understand why this is the only app I use that does not work! Very displeased, 0 stars would be better because I cannot use it, which is a disgrace because we invested a lot of money in Dobiss domotics for our home

When Will The app be able to adjust The Niger screen ratio’s? Like for iPhone 13 and So on.. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

In need of a fast and simple ‘door open’ button when somebody rings at the door. Too many steps now to open the door.

App is difficult to use and doesn’t work well. Many times, it doesn’t even allow me to switch on the video when the door bell rings

The app is poorly designed and unstable. It's regularly down and can't connect to the server. For goodness sake, if you want to go digital, please build a good team who can design and build a good app and backend. How can this be even allowed to go live in the app store? Please fix it; it's really giving your company a bad reputation.

Ever since installing the new update the app doesn’t work. Wish there was an option to revert to an older version

Update 9/5/22: Yup, app is still terrible. The worst I’ve ever encountered for a “smart” app. And Fermax, your advice about checking the saving battery feature is entirely useless. I suppose you actually do not have any answer for any of us in the reviews section who actually use this app daily and just needed to input drivel in the reply field. I use so many apps in my iphone and not one of them has problems like yours. Update 21/05/21: App is still terrible. Same problems remain. Today the app just suddenly wiped out all registration details and I had to key in everything all over again. And app stopped working. 26/01/21: This app keeps failing; highly unstable. Many times it deregisters me and I can’t even login for no reason, people/deliveries get missed, I can’t even open the doors for myself. On top of that, it takes two thousand steps in the app to simply open the door. Great idea, horrible UX, and completely unreliable. Just give me a brass key - it works better.

Already installing latest software and iOS update but still have account configuration error on my device. Same problem on my wife iPhone as well. Fermax seems to have no solutions even asking us to provide phone settings details and reset our phones and apps.
