I have been buying items for a few years and this new app sucks! It was much easier before to click and register. Now everytime you go out you have to log in again! Also with the new page lot option when I set to 96 and go from page 1 to 2 it misses anywhere from 7-10 items each page turn! Not good!

Only 4 star, due to the shipping it takes a very long time after auction is over , I live in SK

Worst online experience of my life. Images you bid on are just new file photos, not the actual part. Im discusted. Shame on you weiner.

They won’t allow you to delete your profile and won’t allow me to remove/delete my credit card on file which is illegal. I didn’t bid on anything or owe anything was just checking out the app and made my profile

It’s been several weeks. Where is my order?

Do yourself a favor and don’t deal With these people worst customer service I have ever seen. Pictures in auction they told me don’t mean anything received item totally different than pictured which seems strange for an online only auction? Tried to get it rectified to be told sorry we are not allowed to let you talk to a manager? Like what the? Who operates a business like this! Just do your homework with this crappy place.

No clear location to pick up items. Website needs work . I had a item that was sent to Calgary and wasn’t given a address to pick it up. Options I received was to lose 30% of my money on the item Or pay storage fees until they can get it back to Edmonton. Contacted customer service with no response as of yet. They are moving again in the next 2 weeks. Use with caution

Stay away from this place, you’ve been warned!

Many items are fairly accurate. Others are so far out of touch. I bought a bbq that was compared to a $750.00 one it was a disposable with a msrp of $39.99. Bought 2 dress shirts that were 2 pyjama tops. Bought a scooter rated 4/5 and valued at $790.00 it was a uncle wiener $60.00 scooter. Did have many good deals but the bad ones are really misleading. Not even close to the descriptions. Be careful with led solar lights in most cases they are going for more than you pay at Walmart Costco Canadian tire.

I purchased quite a few things over the last year. My last purchase includes several items I purchased in one auction. I picked up my order and when I got home and realized they forgot one item. I emailed them, after back and forth emails they told me to prove it? I highly suggest staying away, they don’t take responsibility and have horrible customer service.
