E-Rezept
Mit Erkältung hatte ich keine Lust auf die Anfahrt zu meinem Hausarzt und 2 Stunden im Wartezimmer zu sitzen. In der Meliva Digitalen Praxis wurde mir super schnell von einem sehr kompetenten Arzt geholfen und ich habe mein Rezept direkt digital ausgestellt bekommen. 100% Weiterempfehlung!
Tolle Betreuung
Die App und der Service, sowie die damit verbundene Flexibilität sind großartig. Die leitende Ärztin ist sehr emphatisch und fachlich sehr kompetent. Sie hat mich medizinisch gut beraten und ich habe mich damit sehr wohl gefühlt!
Sehr praktisch
Ohne Probleme Termine mit meinem Arzt vereinbart und das Rezept so bekommen, wie es sein soll. Habe mir den Weg zum Arzt gespart und wurde trotzdem fachlich kompetent beraten 👍
Funktioniert richtig klasse
Das war einfach. Ich habe ein Rezept benötigt und konnte ganz schnell einen Termin vereinbaren. Das Rezept wurde an meine Wunsch-Apotheke gesendet. Daher 5 Sterne
Nur für Privatpatienten und Selbstzahler
Wäre gut gewesen, wenn man bereits vor Einrichtung der App darauf hingewiesen worden wäre, dass die App nur für Privatpatienten nutzbar ist. Nun hoffe ich, dass meine Daten tatsächlich nach 48 Stunden wieder gelöscht werden, nachdem ich mein Konto sofort wieder gelöscht habe. Die Frage privat oder gesetzlich hätte ich ganz am Anfang erwartet. Für mich somit als gesetzlich versicherter nicht nutzbar. Deinstalliert.
