So clunky. The least intuitive app. It’s like an incredibly frustrating maze with dead ends everywhere trying to get what you need. Whether it’s a simple player card or god forbid you need to switch locations, you will be skipping this app and head straight to the front desk telling them this thing is horrible and you’re not using it. This will come to no surprise to them.
The worst
Basic functionality is missing. Can’t edit saved credit cards, horrible interface, incredibly difficult to find what you want to sign up for. Multiple repeat logins just to sign a waiver.
Lost my memberships
The pool that I go to uses this, but the data stopped working.
No longer works
Used to be decent and allow me to sign up no issues. Now defaults to a web browser. App no longer functions on any level for me.
Terrible
Idea is there, execution is lacking. It constantly crashes (latest update made it so bad it’s unusable), keeps forcing you to a website to log in, it now doesn’t even connect to my “home” location, so I have to scroll to that every time… just sad.
Stay away!!
Worst app ever! Don’t download, you will end up deleting it within 20 seconds if not sooner.
impossibly bad
this app was buggy and unintuitive when it used to work but recently it ceased to function altogether. it only redirects me to the website now - it's basically a desktop shortcut for my iphone. it's actually kind of funny
Functionality is grim at best
I would say this is—bar none—the worst app I’ve ever used, but it’s not actually an app, as far as I can tell. It seems like it may be a large number of individual websites that are just smart enough to know that there are other organizations you might want to log into because they are made with the same Daysmart tools. Unfortunately, the collection of websites is nowhere near smart enough to be able to manage EITHER 1) you keeping separate accounts together on a single interface OR 2) you having two distinct accounts with two separate passwords at two different organizations (and the aggravation would only increase two organizations….). Every time I have to log into one or the other of my two organizations, I have to change my password because of this, and it’s extremely frustrating to not be able to go back and forth seamlessly to, for instance, compare which local skating session works best for us on a given weekend. Once you are in, it is slightly less painful, but still far from smooth, as others have described, even though it looks pretty enough. The functionality is a grim disappointment for this day and age when we are all too busy and are accustomed to apps that work.
It logs you out every week
So annoying that it kicks you out every week. Tired login every time I open the app.
Keep asking me to sign in
Feels like they just copied the website, and got no idea of how to do a mobile app.
When I have signed in, I expect there is an option to remember me. That could be a call to the OS’s fingerprint/voice/face recognition to authorize me, when I come back to it. There is none. It just says my token has expired and needs to type in my credential.
Please get some UX/Engineer who knows a bit about mobile apps. Thanks.
