Memorizer: movies books series

more of the same. just like every other app out there

Decided to try after seeing the name, hoping to see some memory aid. Nope. I'm not even sure what this.. thing.. is trying to be. Memory tool? No, your data is PUBLIC, you have to pay to make it private. Specialized movie database? I already have Bear app, it's private, does OCR and doesn't try to connect to 20 websites when opening the app. Recommender engine? There's Reddit. Social network? There are Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, this app doesn't do anything these do. "Generative AI that adapts to my passions"? There's already "recommended" section in Netflix.

I’m forever looking for a way to capture and organize things, events, ideas, etc. Bullet journals work for a short time, but it lacks the ability to have photos and be at my fingertips all the time. Plus, not everything is captured by words only. This app has been perfect for those types of things. I like to do puzzles and coloring on apps and by hand. All of those can be captured here for me to look at later. Red wines and white wines. Movies and series that are recommended and watched. Cricut ideas I come across. Even the moments of time I spend with my parents…along with photos. Date night ideas. I’m sure the list is endless. It’s a way to maintain my memories easily And every time I add something, I scroll through the old posts. It really has it all for me.

Great concept, but forces public sharing. The app says that with the free version, you can choose to be public or private. But in practice it forces you to put everything out publicly. I need something to help me keep track of my lists, not another social media platform. In an age where privacy is everything, I’m disgusted that this doesn’t even give you the option and forces you to share your information unless you pay up.

L’application est mal vendu , dans la pub que j’ai vu, on m’a promis de découvrir des films et des séries que je n’avais jamais vu parce que j’en consomme beaucoup , résultat, je n’ai eu que des propositions que j’avais déjà vu ou des trucs que je n’avais pas envie de regarder . Donc plutôt à conseiller à un public qui regarde peu de films et de séries , et vous ne prévenez pas qui va falloir passer beaucoup de temps pour avoir un algorithme précis et bien fait . Tout ça pour dire que ça ne donne pas envie de perdre de la place sur mon téléphone pour cette appli .

The app is great ! Would it be possible to do something for the our top movies for example, at first they get organized depending on the rates we gave them, but then it is never organized again and as we add movies to the list, they go to the bottom even though we gave them 10/10

Such a great app should be more known! Clearly the best note taking app for culture.

Pourquoi personne ne m’a parlé de cette app avant ?? C’est de loin l’app de notes la plus ergonomique. Et j’adore la partie d’inspiration.

Application plutôt pratique même si on veux rechercher à l’aide de la barre de recherche quelques choses qu’on a vu on ne le retrouve même pas c’est dommage il faudrait améliorer au moins ça c’est la base de la l’application !
