Easy Peezy
This website is so easy to use
Processing fees getting out of hand
I loved this app for a while, but now the “processing fees” are getting out of hand. I went to put an order in of three small parts, all in the same isle of the store, the price of which would be $30. They wanted to charge $7 processing fee (23%)!!! Absolutely ridiculous.
Great app
Works well on mobile or web. Very simple payment implementation!
Delay
Disappointed that forced to have Menards pick indoor order if submitted with an outdoor lumber self pick order. Disappointed that bar code email has long time delay after placing on line self pick lumber order.
Great website
Very easy to use and customer minded layout.
Update messed up the user experience
I used to use the cart as my shopping list. After the update it’s all about turning the cart into an in app purchase. I like going to got to the store. I believe “Menards is the Target for men” we like to wander around. Bottom line move the purchase options back to the bottom of the cart. When I try and use the lists I get warnings about having an account. I can’t remove a list. If you want to encourage people to create accounts for more tracking. Allow us to redeem 11% rebate in the app.

We love going there. The store is well organized, and the help is very considerate..
Awful
Never had so much trouble with a website that I have had a direct credit card for in my life, spent a hour trying to use my menards card for a single 40$ purchase
Barely functional scanner
I personally work at Menards and use this app as a tool to help locate items. I have to open and close the app multiple times in order to use it just to scan a bar code. Then an error pops up. Takes up more time than you’d expect. Fix your app Menards…
