I have been using this app for a long time and have been logging everything for my next appointment. Now I can’t login. Your App Support wants me to login to get help but how can I get help if I can’t login. I get the verification code and enter it and then I get 2 messages Alert Internal server error OTP verified successfully How can I get app support?

App doesn’t even work. Deleted.

I feel like we should be able to use this app without having to give a phone number. This is super annoying that I just want to get help and have to give you my personal cell number. Email address should be sufficient I won’t use this app because of this

I tried 6 times after creating an account and receiving my code, that they said was in my text messages (it was in my email), receiving codes and entering them. It just sent me back to repeat that step again. Any app this bad would be irritating but for menopause?! I’m new to menopause and patience w this stupid app not working is beyond annoying and not worth it.

I cannot actually use the app. I get a code to verify via email and then an internal error. And when I try to get support it just loops me back to the app that I can’t use. I’m deleting it.

I can’t even create an account. I put in my phone and email and it “texts” me to verify but I never actually get a text. I did get a couple emails with codes, but they wouldn’t work. Now I don’t get emails either. And if I try to contact support, it brings me to the login page where I’m supposed to enter my phone number and get a code to verify.

I get that you need my email but your app is set up that it requires an email AND a phone number? Just to track my cycle? I complied and here I am waiting and waiting and the text message isn’t coming in. I am waiting a few more minutes and if the text doesn’t arrive, I am uninstalling. You really don’t need my phone number. My email is plenty. I’m getting sick of apps that require WAY too much personal info from me to get set up. It’s unsettling. You get one star for that. Please do better.

I have been trying to sign up and make an account but it won’t send a verification code. I can’t sign in or do anything because it doesn’t work. I’ll be deleting it after 2 days.

Attempted to create an account. Said it would send a code to my phone but never did. It sent to my email. Entered code, but kept me on a never ending loop of “enter the code to prove your identity “ over and over again. Tried to redo it, with sane results. Just deleted the app after 20 wasted minutes.

I’d love to use an app like this to track some of my symptoms in this changing season. After searching high and low I found Meno & really hoped it would be a great tool for me. However the app won’t even get passed the initial sign in/and # verification without having chronic glitches.
