Menopause: Let’s Speak Up!

I’ve really been enjoying the new features on the app! They recently updated navigation features in the app and it makes it easier to answer the daily questions. I also love the check-ins for self care and stress relief at the end of the day :) Very simple app focused on specific symptoms that may be experienced and it generates weekly reports to either keep or share with a health care provider.

Doc wanted to know how many hot flashes I get per day. This has no mention of hot flashes. Only night sweats.

This app looks to be a component of some sort of program or class. Not a user app alone. I imagine the developers provide logins and passwords upon class enrollment. That’s a shame because I’m looking for an app that will analyze tracked data and show me trends. Oh well.

Can’t create a username or password.

Sounds like just what I need to log and keep track of symptoms daily. Can’t get passed login and invalid membership. Deleted app. Will move on to another one.

This app is useless. It takes you to a sign-in Page - but if you do not already have an account there is no way to create a new one. Don’t waste your time downloading it.

Looked like just what I needed. But it kept telling me my membership was invalid. I deleted it. Useless if you can’t get past the sign in. It’s a free app. What membership? Not much out there specifically for menopause tracking.
