Ive had the subscription for 4 years. Always loved it until recently. It was updated and never works as it should. Takes minutes to load the app. Then my downloaded magazines constantly have to be redownloaded for some reason. Takes ages to load the magazines when i want to read them. Takes ages to load pages. I wont be renewing my subscription if it does not improve.
Good interface, user friendly.
Why is this app described as free?
Love the magazine and very handy to have it on my iPhone rather than carrying the printed copy around but cannot read some pages as you have no zoom function, will give five stars as soon as you can zoom in.
Good magazine, only issue with pp is that it doesn't update to latest issues soon as it hits news stands
Nothing spectacular about this app- it merely displays the pages of the magazine on screen. But the most notable aspect of this app is how often it completely forgets what magazines you've bought. Bear in mind that each digital version of the magazine is paid for (unless you're a subscriber. But why anybody would subscribe to this is beyond me!). I have bought 4 different 'magazines', and right now, I can't read any of them- the app has once again lost them all. And no response from PixelMags after 3 days. The magazine itself is enjoyable: my complaint is with how it is implemented. Nowhere else would it be tolerated for a customer to be denied access to their purchases.
When are you going to fix the bug. App always showing new item available and latest edition can't be downloaded
