Meo Health is a solution born out of frustration with the lack of alternatives for Long Covid patients. Despite the fact that Post-Acute Covid Syndrome is not fully understood, studies (Eldokla et al. (2022)) found a high prevalence of dysautonomia symptoms in patients suffering from Long Covid and may have a reduced heart rate variability. Meo Health created a 12-week Autonomic Rehabilitation Program to regulate the nervous system, maximize heart rate variability and manage symptoms. The program was designed in collaboration with renowned Long Covid researchers and autonomic rehab experts, including Dr. Jamie Wood, PhD from Mount Sinai.
HEART RATE VARIABILITY TRACKING:
Meo Health seamlessly integrates with popular wearables, including Apple Watch, Garmin, Google Watches, Whoop, and Oura Ring (limitations applies) to track your nervous system recovery via Heart Rate Variability (HRV). Monitor your progress and learn the impact of your lifestyle choices on your nervous system health, empowering you with knowledge for a more informed recovery journey. If you don't have a wearable, you can accurately measure your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) with your smartphone camera and your finger.
