Meowtel: In-Home Cat Sitting

Honestly don’t know what I’d do without this app. I never have to stress out about what to do when I leave town and leave my kitty alone for a few days. No stress and great cat sitters through this app.

I absolutely love Meowtel! It’s a fantastic service, dedicated entirely to cats, which really sets it apart. From the start, I was impressed by the quality of the services, the responsiveness to my inquiries, and the thorough background checks on their sitters. My Meowtel sitter was a true gem! She gave me complete peace of mind while I was away on vacation. She was so patient with all my questions and with my cats. I was amazed at how she managed to engage even my lazy girl in the play sessions - they were such a hit. She kept me updated regularly with pictures and reports on my furbabies, which really eased my mind while I was away. I’ve been using her services since October, and I’ll definitely continue to hire her for her excellent care. Highly recommend Meowtel for anyone who wants top-notch, dedicated care for their cats!

I adore sitting for Meowtel because I’ve met some great people and kitties in my city and have such a fun time loving on these fluffy friends while their families are away. Very easy to use, much safer and more professional than Rover or other pet sitting sites. Love that or is for cats only!

So happy to have found this app. Was able to review sitters, reserve on-line (super easy!), and set up a meet and greet. So grateful to be able to leave my cats in their home environment knowing they would be looked after. We got photos every visit and even videos. Highly recommend and we’ll be using this service again.

I am both a sitter and a customer on the app and it has been so fun getting to know other cat parents in the area while watching their kitties. I was so glad to find this app also as a customer since Rover doesn’t have a lot of good options for cat-only sitters. One piece of feedback on the sitter side would be that you should show all pins of all sitters on the map. My pin doesn’t show up when you do a search for sitters in my area even though I’m listed in the search results. I voiced this to support and they said the pins are approximate, but why do only 13 pins show on the map while there are 22 sitters in the search results? This is important because people often select a sitter who lives close by and if only half of the location pins are showing, sitters are not being fairly selected and shown. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

Extremely easy to use for cat sitters and cat parents alike. Cat parents can have peace of mind their cats are receiving excellent care while they are away. Excellent customer service and quick response time.

I was a little nervous at first using an app for a cat sitter. I did a bit of research into the company and was thoroughly impressed. I really love how they background check and fit their sitters to make sure their customers have the best and safest experience. I had peace of mind when finding my cat sitter that she had been checked out thoroughly. My cat sitter was great. I loved having her. She was very responsive and took care of my fur babies. Will be using app again.

Ella at Meowtel was very easy to work with. The whole process was easy and I needed help on part of it but girl stayed on phone with me till I completed app. I’m not very computer literate, but she kept her patience until we got it done! Ella my Meowtel girl was very good. At meet and greet my boy went right up to her and let her pet him. I knew then that I wouldn’t have to worry about Darryl in the mornings. She took pictures, sent me messages about how my boy was doing. I would recommend Ella and Meowtel for your next trip.
