Inspite of subscribing , I am not able to get the facility , the app shows my profile in demo mode only.

In App subscription Activation is giving error.. Even though iTune has charged, my account is not getting activated since 3 days.. Pl resolve the error.. No customer support available at all..

My account is being shown as expired despite it being auto renewed on the App Store. I also made an in- app renewal of the subscription after which the app played one song after which it went back to demo mode as for in-app renewal of subscription. Having made two payments for monthly renewal, my subscription is now renewed till July 3, 2020. There is no support for users in the app so one is basically left feeling cheated after an experience like mine. A big thumbs down for the app. I think I will request all my friends using the app not to auto renew as they may also lose money like me. I have given one star as there is no option to give a zero.
