It was incredibly easy to set up the app, all I had to do was make sure Bluetooth was on and turn on the lamp, open the app and pair it. The whole process took maybe 30 seconds and I was good to go. I like the scheduling functionality but I do wish there were more options for my particular lamp, I would also prefer that for the music setting, I do wish there was more customization for making our own scenes and different lighting effects, of course that may be a limitation of the lamp I have (it’s the moon lamp) I like most of the options for colors but I would also like more sliders for hue, value and saturation, with the continuous color wheel it’s difficult to get the color I want since the only customization for color is hue and brightness. Besides that though the app is very user friendly and as I said set up was simple. If the devs could add more options for customization it would be an easy 4.5-5 stars.

When I go to turn my lights on(I got 16) several of them turn the correct color and the rest of the lights turn to a bright white. I can’t control the white lights through the app or the remote provided I have tried many things but none of them work.

Someone left a review about how with the scenes section of the app , all the lights had the fade in and out effect and she wished they didn’t (fair) and now they don’t except for ones that make sense like “disco” and neon lights or whatever and that’s super cool that they listen to the people. I appreciate that. The app works beautifully now, connects every time I open it up. I got this for Christmas this year 2024 and it’s dope. I’ve been wanting one forever and this one is perfect. 10/10. The sunset colors are 🤤🤤🤤

the light always turns on at the right time but it never turns off with the time i set it to. is there a way to fix this?

Pros: -Length of the power cable -Options for color, brightness, and frequency -Tripod stand makes it durable and stable compared to other Sunset Lamp designs Cons: -Runs very hot to the touch -App has a “Music” feature but requires you to enable access to your speaker (Apple products) in order to work, which makes zero sense and also did not work despite multiple attempts -Connecting to my at home Bluetooth speaker temporarily (until having an Audio/Visual professional mitigate the issue) rendered my personal speaker unusable -App after one day of use began pushing Phishing attempts disguised as “Advertisements”; had to close app completely to get this to disappear Would not recommend.

I got four sunset lamps added to a group in the app. They all have trouble connecting, and which ones connect is random each time. when I just had one, it always worked. Their Bluetooth signals must interfere with each other or something.

I think it was pretty cool but the transitions between colors were not smooth and you can see the light behind the white screen thing and I just don’t think it is the best.

Really bad at connectivity

As soon as you load into the app it prompts you with an unskippable add BEFORE you can even turn on the lamp.

There is no option for the lights to smoothly fade from one color to another. There are also no custom presets.
