Merkury does not use end to end encryption of your data including your surveillance recordings which makes it more risky to use their cloud services. Secondly you cannot cancel your cloud subscriptions via the app or online. You have to CALL them in order to cancel which is a inconvenient option. They purposely made it difficult to cancel but very easy to sign up.

Keep finding my self wasting 15 to 30 mins a day trying to get them to sync properly pretty frustrating product to say the least. Starting a few on wasting my time on these novelty items.

Incredible direct live video on the phone app. Has many options to control usage and recordings. Surprisingly affordable, it’s definitely worth it 👍🏽👍🏽

After multiple attempts to re-pair and the device says it’s online, I still can’t live stream. The preview works so I know it’s online. Please Fix!!!

The two cameras were working fine for two weeks, and then all of a sudden the live view is not available. I have tried resetting, restarting, plugging and unplugging the camera, and it worked a couple of times, but then it reverted back to not giving me live view video despite being connected to the internet and the camera status showing as “online.” And tech support is nowhere to be found! You get what you pay for!

Bought this at Walmart, paid for the subscription, does nothing that’s advertised. Won’t record, motion detector doesn’t work, doesn’t save any video. An absolute waste of money. Why would I get a security camera to get a picture every hour???? What purpose does that serve?!

Need help canceling subscription. Product would not work for me due to my WiFi doesn’t exceed ghz for security camera. Went through app and website tutorials and nothing matches the description on how to cancel subscription. Please help.
