Merseyrail

Well worth downloading, considering Merseyrail struggles when there is bad weather. Using the Trainline app is just as rubbish. Merseyrail app is accurate at least. Still struggle to see why there are so many delays on ormskirk line compared to central during Monday-Friday between 7:30 till 9:30.

Mostly good but sometimes a bit down the toilet

The App is good. It is a shame the train service doesn’t match it. I am fed up of being told that there is a fault and that the service is being terminated or that due to timetable difficulties the train will not stop at all the stations.

For the most part,I find the app quite useful.However at times of train cancellations you're still showing trains as still running.Also the lack of information,when trains are cancelled is abysmal.

Unfortunately the trains are awry this evening due to electrical problems.. I was caught up in cancellations and delays… however, the Merseyrail Team were outstanding as always… friendly, helpful and efficient… every single one of them… Well done Merseyrail team.. thank you for looking after us… modern technology let us all down today!! Hope sorted soonest x

I used the app to find the next train - basic! It showed me the later train but not the next one. Ps. Had a response from the company but no acknowledgment that they actually have a problem and lots of others think that the app is worse

New to the area. I chose the journey I wanted. There was a list of prices. None of them were selectable or buyable. Tried to buy a ticket in another app. Needs to be picked up at the station. What kind of rail company in the 21st century doesn’t have e-tickets?

What has happened to this app it has gone terrible won’t be using it anymore

The recent intro of electric trains, and poor maintenance resulted in 3 times in 7 days my wife had train delayed for “Points” failures, as she workin in the city and we live on the Wirral if she’s delayed it’s a nightmare to get home 3 hours yesterday alone, why do I blame the app? because the 16.53 train was delayed and my wife was told at 17.40 nearly an hour after the event, she’d walked down from work to the platform to get notified on the platform then the app leaves it over 40 mins to tell her? Whats the point!! Every delay on trains we have had so far this year and it’s been many, the App is way too far behind the event to make other arrangements, it’s a glorified timetable!!

Issues: 1) Search for trains tomorrow after 22:00 - get timings for 07:58!!! 2) why have "later" and "earlier" buttons been removed from search results?
