Not happy.
I can now no longer use my camera as it doesn’t connect when I input the device code manually it now tells me my device is not supported by the app

Stay away dodgy business charging without permission
I have downloaded this app sometime back and cancelled within trial period but after months they are still charging monthly subscription fees when I don’t even have app installed. STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS got contact details from apple and when contacted they said that’s not their app. Apple won’t have wrong details for the developers
Absolute garbage
Logged in to try and update the firmware. Runs forever, and does nothing. Tried updating at various different times but to no avail. Avoid zomodo and their products like the proverbial plague. A waste of money time and effort.
New apps mean no support for old Zmodo systems
I have been using MeShare for my Zmodo camera set up for two years and could get alerts with photos of any camera activation. Your new updated app does not allow this. Both MeShare and Zmodo app both are the same and do not allow the notifications. My wife has old version of app and still gets activation alerts and screenshots. What are you going to do to support a system that is only two years old and now makes my systems purpose defunct?!
Camera not capturing images now
No longer get images just live view - pretty useless since upgrade very fed up

I agree with the above review. I can now only view my camera in live and cannot see alerts.
Bad update
Bed update All of the notifications was gone please solve the problem
Stupid pop up!!!
Can’t use new app as camera is not supported and very time I log in I have to go through the stupid pop up telling me to use the new zmodo app. Support is hopeless
UPGRADE = NOT A CHANCE 😡
Luckily I haven’t upgraded from my “working” version “3.1.10” to the poorly sounding versions that have came after it! (currently as writing V3.1.16) Now my app keeps telling me that i need to upgrade to the latest version (which is very annoying) and hope i am not forced into upgrading to a “NON-Working Version!!!🤬...There is no way on earth I would buy or recommend any of you’re products based on this garbage you call software 😤
Not working anymore
This used to be a great app and camera setup, but now it takes so long to load the app and camera display that it’s awful. Please hurry up and release an update to fix it.
