In Meta Meditation app you will find meditation and breathing courses based on attention training, breathing practices and the activation of a spine and different parts of the brain. The courses are created by Feliks Pak who is ATMA yoga project leader and author of Meta Meditation technique, Avatar Code program and Power & Balance training system.

MEDIATION CATEGORIES
In the app you have access to three steps of meditation practices: purification, consciousness and relief.
1. Body purification has a positive effect on all aspects of health. Practices stimulate muscle relaxation, the correction of internal organs, sleep health improvement and normalization of the respiratory system.
2. Consciousness exercises help stimulate nerve impulses on a deep level, fight depression, cope with anxiety, improve concentration and develop introspection skills.
3. Relief practices help put Universal energy into the area of the medulla oblongata, adjust low-frequency vibrations and synchronize with Absolute consciousness energy.
LOTS OF OPPORTUNITIES
— Save practices you like in favorites to watch later or repeat them daily.
— Keep track of your progress and watch how many lessons you completed in each category and how many of them are left.
— Set up push notifications to meditate at a certain time and on certain days of the week.
— Keep an activity calendar to stay motivated and complete all available courses.
