Received email invitation to download my ID card. The provided link didn’t work. It, instead, directed me to download the MetLife app. After downloading and registering, it permitted me to see my ID card, but it gave me an error when I tried to put it in apple wallet. Today I wanted to see the ID card to check in for an oral surgeon. Now the app won’t even let me see the ID card. In addition, it tells me I’m not insured by MetLife. The phone number given was busy, so I went searching for another number. I got MetLife customer service which was an AI bot that was dumb as a rock. When I finally got a real person, they verified I was still insured, but couldn’t help with the app. They transferred me to someone else who also asked a lot of questions, but was no help. Her advice? Log out and log in again. Of course, that turned out to be worthless advice. I’ve since removed the app, since it is just taking up space.

Attempting to link my Entergy corporation retirement account is unsuccessful after numerous attempts. Message says it is already linked but going to the dashboard says no information is available or linked. I have contacted MetLife but the problem persists.

Frustrating that I couldn’t go back to change the accident date

This app is not user friendly. It is challenging to find needed information usually because it isn’t available. Not intuitive. And the eye care benefit side is worse than dental.

Scam company with scammy customer service and a worse unhelpful app.

Please DELETE my inactive Panera account and ADD my separate NCD by MetLife account of $5000 .

Limited menu options and features documented in MetLife pdf files do not exist.

The website is easier to navigate. Just tried to verify a claim in the app and the only thing I can do is sign up for legal services. Thankfully my company allows phone initiated claims and to email docs to MetLife. Where did the hospital indemnity and critical illness (my policies) info go? Do I need to update? Please send me an alert to do so.
