Metro Express has been serving London Since 1987. You can download Our App from Apple Store so you will be able to book and track your vehicle via your device. We are specialised in Providing Prompt, Professional and Reliable Airport Transfers, Private Hire Mini Cabs and Courier Service. We have a range of vehicle sizes to choose from to suit the public's specific needs, we have quality Saloons, Estates, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles, 5 to 8 Seaters, Executive Cars and Motorbike Courier Services at very competitive rates. All of our cars are in good condition, quality and regularly inspected by Metro Express.
Metro Express cabs come fitted with satellite navigation and air-conditioning as standard. Passengers receive two text messages once their minicab is on the way and then when it arrives outside. The text message contains the car's registration and the driver's details.
We are Licensed by the Transport For London and our Licence Number is 04662. We are ISO 9001-2008 accredited and Five Star Graded Trading Company.

Unacceptable service
This is company is a joke. I booked a cab for Gatwick airport, 24h in advance. They called me 20 minutes before the arranged time to say that they just have realised they won't be able to cover the service. Completely unacceptable. They admit their incompetence but nothing to do to provide an alternative.
Rubbish service all round
Used to use metro regularly, never again. No communication after they keep cancelling every journey I'm trying to book. Will take my custom elsewhere, thanks.

Affordable quality service
Required to do a few multi stop trips as school run on one occasion and the other time to and from hospital. The operator was very helpful and informed me they actually accommodate multiple locations which means I was able to do all I needed to in one trip recommend to all
