very good service but I think there should be a better communication service with the driver

I have tried countless times to book a ride through here and the app never works. This app needs to be fixed or completely erased.

I’ve tried and tried I’m never able to get a ride. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded it a couple of times and still doesn’t work. It keeps saying that I’m requesting out of the service time or I’m not in the service zones, I am in the service zone.

This app has never worked for me. I’ve tried to order rides so many times.

Most pickups will happen 30-45 minutes even one hour after calling. Drivers sit in parking lots not moving 70% of the time. Even if you plan ahead. Map lines are difficult to tell where the borders are making it tough to pick a nearby address for drop off. Drivers do not speak English making it difficult to ask questions about how to better use the service. Free is really free. It was a way better service when you had to pay.

This app is the worst known to man kind, i ordered a connect, waited for an hour and then was cancelled last minute. I then tried to order a second ride and was told there was no cars available as i watched an empty van pick up the person next to me. It didnt let me book a ride until 6 minutes before closing before cancelling again
