Never changed
Even you choose delivery time, they never will come on time. Even never excuse before when they late. You guys get money from me for delivery and shopping for me. Right? It is so funny. Because so many items are always out of stock and delivery late always.
This is always out of stock. Payment first

Tips don’t go to shoppers and riders
I just learned that the riders and shoppers don’t get the tip 100% when you tip when using cards/online payments. Apparently Metromart gets 50%, then the rider and shopper shares the other 50%. This is very disgusting!
Bad service
Ordered for delivery at 9-10 am and at 12pm no order and no update at all. Messaged the help center and they cannot give a definite time of delivery. Do not order unless you’re okay with wasting your whole day
