Slow, buggy, does not “resume episodes” accurately. You can watch a few episodes and it will start from episode 1. Very unsatisfactory experience. Pls do learn from other streaming apps. Worst streaming app ever.

We are suppose to be able to watch the Ch 5,8,CNA free. is there a need to sign in???? this is watching, not leaving messages to the public, so not need to ID us. get it? u want or disable foreign country to view, fine, u can detect where the user is from , country ip address. So no reason why we in SG local need to login!!!!! The CEO should try the app.. Think he also cannot login to watch free ch in SG.

Just to get this app to work on my tv was like detective work needed as the log in instructions on my tv screen was entirely incorrect. You need to go to you profile in your phone or tablet app to add your tv, instead of what they said in their “instructions”. MediaCorp your team really needs to improve the app the complaints have been ongoing for years it seems. Just setting this app up was a bad experience.

Stops working all the time. Poor architecture of whole app. Just ditch it and rebuild please

Not able to sign in with so many attempts for different emails, don’t understand what the developer is in his mind, maybe rubbish???

Very disappointed that the app doesn’t list Sport Climbing in the All Sports section and there are TWO Swimming spots. Also I have to keep signing in on my TV and sometimes the casting doesn’t work. The replays are buggy also - it isn’t always possible to move past the highlights to watch the full replays on my TV; I have to cast from the phone. *shake head*

Watch a 30 second ad, then a few seconds of tv, crashes, have to watch another 30 ad and then repeat. Couldn’t enjoy the Olympics

Keep having to reinstall and set up devices again to watch on smart tv. And it may not work and need to retry and retry.

Disappointing app. I would have given zero star if possible.
