Nice and enjoyable game - but "Advanced AI" doesn't make the KI stronger in gameplay, it seems that the AI will just get better combinations of dominoes at start (no significant line changes required for them, one of the AI players always has the perfect startup). In advanced mode i think the AI is also cheating because they always seems to know your lineup. This makes it easy for them to block the neutral line and otherwise all KI will ignore it when you need other combinations. Nevertheless its possible to win the game in that mode but its depending on luck most times...

It would be good to see the scores of the other computer players.

Frequently adds 50+ points onto your score. You need to count score yourself to catch this! Beware!

This is a great game to keep you occupied while waiting at the doc office or other “boring “ times!

I love playing Mexican Train! I play it every chance I get. It’s relaxing and stress free.

So love playing Mexican Train. It gives me the opportunity to work on my game moves and be better prepared when I have the chance to play the actual game with my friends. Thank you for allowing changes in the difficulty level that have helped prepare me to win many of those matches!

I loved this game so much I decided to pay for it to get rid of the ads. As soon as I did, I started losing back to back to back. I win maybe 10% or the games I play now. Of the ones I lose, around 75% of them leave me with 15 dominoes and no doubles while the computers have 3-4 doubles in a row with 4-5 dominoes remaining. Reached out for support and was told the problems I was having were rare. I told them that in addition to the minor issues, since purchasing the game I rarely won and that I wanted my money back since they’ve coded the game to unlock ads but also make it nearly impossible to win. Since then it has been radio silence. You may be wondering why on earth would they do that? Well, it turns out that you can pay them additional money to “win” the previous round and move on. By coding it so that you lose, you’re more likely to be frustrated enough to just throw a dollar at them and keep going. Not me. Save your money, enjoy the free game, and report them to Apple. UPDATE: The developer did respond to my email telling me they could not give me a refund. However, the response came after I posted the review above. Apple approved the refund and I have reported the developers actions to Apple. Again, don’t waste your time getting cheated. There are multiple games out there that don’t manipulate their coding to get more money from you. Also, going ahead and dropping this to a one star after your snarky response. I’m not giving you anything more than you deserve. I cannot stand seedy businesses.

Play it every day. Keeps my mind fresh and my blood boiling.

This is a fun game. Although I found some inconsistencies in the rules as I was playing. Like the doubles for instance. Some times you have to cover it, other times you don’t. What gives? I like the different backgrounds you can choose. The dominos are bright colors which is a plus!

It’s fun, not too complicated, requires a bit of strategy and never boring…..love the design too
