The app no longer has the option to select “no toppings” and “no sauce”

Look, I like Mezeh, and the app is fine for looking through the menu and stuff, but at least 3 times now I’ve ended up with Chipotle instead because Mezeh’s app doesn’t use any of the many, many existing ways to pay that every other modern restaurant app does. No Apple Pay, no PayPal, no Venmo, Cash, and no payment at pickup. That means every time I’ve made an order, I then had to go find my wallet even though all that info is already stored somewhere, and so every time I’ve ended up with some other restaurant’s food. Really no excuse not to fix this problem.

The sign up for this app is broken. you can go through the onboarding signup process, but once the app launches, all your data under account is missing And it will not allow you to put in your birthdate so you can’t even fix it. Fix your app guys!

App works great as far a simple navigation and ordering ability. However the promos / coupons never work and they always pop up prompting you to place orders

The food is great but it would be really nice to see photos when making your own bowl. I don’t eat here that often and I struggle with remembering which toppings I like, I would love to see the images like on the website ordering. Also, adding Apple Pay would be really helpful.

The previous version was better. Selected delivery for my order. How did it end up for pick up? Not using it to order again

What’s going on with this ashole’s? Latinos here are applying “dogs hate dogs” Come on man. Make a better country and don’t be jealous because another Latino (like me) is making more money than you. You don’t know, maybe I’m making less thank you.

Doesn’t keep you logged in and constant server failures when trying to log in. Makes it impossible to see if I’m near a reward threshold or not and it’s very frustrating. L. One Star

I love their salad bowls, baklava and staff is also nice everywhere.

The app is great, but there’s no way to request additional sauces with your food item (I.e.- a 2nd Tzatziki sauce). It would be a great feature, so the employees aren’t interrupted at the register assisting other customers.
