Worst app I have used for vehicle control and interaction. Considering the state of Apps being created nowadays this is well outdated

I’ve never had a problem with this app until latest update. Now car and app won’t communicate leaving app useless. I’ve reinstalled it several times but nothing works which means there are several car features that can no longer be used.

Previously several notifications a day about privacy policy being accepted and declined randomly. Now settled on showing large red notice saying sone features disabled as privacy policy rejected. If ‘accepting’ in app, acceptance not registered and brings you back to Home Screen. I’m not alone in this. Come on guys basic testing of your software would be appreciated.

Since I did a recent app update it now does not communicate at all with my car. This means I can’t use any remote functions such as scheduled charging. Absolutely useless, I can’t even believe this was released. Every time you try and do something in the app it gives a time out message.

This app is poor and the majority of the time the app does not work in the way it should. None of the remote controls are good. You can’t ask it to defrost your car even if you can get it working. Constantly says I’ve declined and accepted a privacy notice which I’ve never seen to accept / decline. The app needs urgent attention considering MG continue to flog cars which pair with it.

What the hell is going in with this app. Simple things are over looked and the important things don’t work half the time. And they have still not fixed the constant logging out issues. Overall the worst app I have on my phone!

Just updated to 2.0.9 and the promised features from the synopsis and pictures on the App Store are not there. I’m thinking maybe the car (MG4 Trophy) needs a software update too? If so just tell me and I’ll go away quietly. Otherwise please deliver what you state. BTW I love the car!

Took ages to get connected but now done. Probably my own fault as I’m getting older. Will review again once more familiar with everything.
