Pathetic app, keep breaking, not able to capture reading nor make payment. Have to dependent on other vendor apps to make gas payment. Do something to improvise your app.

Most pathetic app I have ever seen in life. They think this is a utility and hence people will figure out a way to pay hence are not bothered. Must have given the app maintenance and development to some third party company who is doing the most pathetic job of their life.

Can’t see meter readings, can’t make payment. App just crashes

Tried to update my meter reading through the app , it just doesn’t work. Although the home page displays my bill but when u go to the metre reading section it says you have no connection . Very bad

Bills don’t get downloaded. Not to be seen either. Payment through the APP is a pain , it just exits when clicked on ‘Pay’ . This is the reason payments get delayed and penalties levied. Need to have better resources to run the app smoothly

The app lacks stability; it frequently hangs and crashes during the payment process, which is frustrating. Please address all the bugs.

App crashes regularly. Unable to make online payment

Worst app ever developed with n number of bugs.

After downloading the app again only to find that nothing has changed. Why are they not fixing the problem? Even the personnel who came to the house to do a check on the pipeline says that the App is useless. How do i know if I’m being charged correctly for my usage. You guys really need to fix this app.

Had no option but to give at least 1 star…app is totally pathetic…being enjoying monopoly in the industry…not at all bothered about customers and their experience.
