Не могу войти в приложение
Ввожу номер телефона и пароль который приходить по sms , приходится генерить на сайте компании, функция сгенерировать пароль из приложения выдает ошибку . Пишет пароль неверный Так не вошли :(((

It’s doesn’t work.
Good afternoon, how are you? I purchased a chip from your company, but the purchase was not completely finalized and an error occurred after payment was approved. The money was deducted from my PayPal account, I complained but the money for the chip was returned, now I have received a charge for the value of the plan for that chip, which I tried to buy but it didn't work, I would like the amount refunded, thank you. Just don’t work. I bought a new esim chip, but the esim never arrived, the system said that the payment was not made, however, my card was charged. I can't log in. I bought a chip from you and it came with the monthly plan, but the purchase made an error! but it was charged to my PayPal, now this month they charged the monthly fee to my PayPal, but I don't have the chip, or the number, or anything. please help me resolve this.

Llevo un mes entero intentando cargar saldo a mi número, tarjeta, efectivo, he hablado por el chat de “asistencia”. Imagínate si para pagar es difícil, imagínate que tengas que resolver un problema serio. Mi recomendación huye y jamás contrates a estos
Fallo de Apple Pay
Siempre me da error cuando quiero pagar con Apple Pay, espero que lo mejoren pronto. He tenido que recurrir a otras apps para poder hacer una recarga online.

Haces un par de meses no puedo ingresar a la app de Lycamobile cuando quiero poner el número para entrar con una contraseña nueva no me deja
