Please, add English support.

App always is downloading something, lose and cancel appointments by himself. Here is no way to choose another app so need to use that is it.

Never had any issues with functionality for more than 5 years of using it.

Please work on the stability of the app

The app is great only if it would work. Cannot add appointment to calendar (app crashes), cannot book an appointment (app crashes), sometimes cannot login (guess what the app does). Moreover, after app crashes, I have a Miriad of emailsI actually booked an appointment, so I have to go and cancel them all by hand. Finally, those emails do not contain appointment files, so I have to relogin to the app (if it doesn’t crash), and try and add the appointment to calendar (guess what the app does than? You’re right - it crashes!!:)

Sanitas es la peor empresa de mi vida! El servicio terrible ! Me han cobrado por seguro médico para extranjeros y no pueden solucionarlo una semana !!! Y cada vez que llamo me mandan a otra persona y nadie sabe nada ! Pésimo servicio !

Definitely the app shall be in England as well having so many foreign clients!!! Impossible to use!!

1. The app is only in Spanish so if you got insurance with them, learn Catalan or castillano. 2. The app MAKE you rate it, even if you are dying and you need to see a doctor, first rate it and then maybe you get a chance to make an appointment. As for me, it’s a big no no.
