Less products
Why is it that POCO phones are not here in this app in India while rest of the world has it? I can’t find much Xiaomi lifestyle products either like weight scale, I have to go to Amazon for it

Mi Store is Xiaomi’s official iOS app to help you shop on-the-move. It offers a fast and intuitive interface to search, browse and purchase all Mi products, including phones, tablets and accessories, register for flash sales, pay securely using multiple payment options and track order delivery status. You can pay using all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. We also support Net banking, with over 40 leading banks integrated into our payment system. With the Cash-on-Delivery option, you can choose to pay using cash during product delivery instead of making an online payment in advance. We also offer a flexible EMI option with leading banks.
Mi.com’s easy replacement policy ensures that you get a replacement in case of any defects in the original product. Give us a call through the ‘Service’ page in Mi Store to explain the issue you’re facing with your mi.com purchase, and our team will help resolve it. App navigation is messed up
Products are easy to search and add to cart but I’ve we go to cart page there is no way to go back to products page. Please rectify the navigation

Mi service is very bad I had purchased Redmi note 12 5g facing problem. I had purchase mobile 8 Aug 2023 but phone gets deshaped normally bend with camera side it causes automatically but Xiaomi denied it . Life of Xiaomi mobile is not good so plz be aware before buying the products

very bad application in all ways
I ordered pad 6 on 16 july and it was not delivered to me yet. I have registered complaint twice about the order, first time they told to deliver the order in 24 hours, second time in 72 hours And when I called today to your service executive he put my phone on hold for 42 minutes i'm very disappointed by mi service

Avoid the app at all cost
Purchase the products you are interested in from Amazon.... The app is useless, ZERO customer service... All the solutions mentioned don't even exist on the app and additionally the company uses a shady shipping company which is a scam in itself.... If anyone is even reading the feedback just shut the app and save the Chinese company some money... Even the customer service agents can barely converse in English and to top it are useless and provide ZERO solutions

22k worth robo stopped working after a yr
worked for Jst yr and ur service teams are taken 1 yr to repair and say now they can’t repair - what kind of technical staff u have in ur support.. 22k worth robo went useless after 1 yr
