Payments not showing up for weeks (had to call someone to resolve it), login every single time (why?), very slow application all around that takes forever to use (slow to see balance and to move around). The effort put on this application is definitely questionable.
The app doesn’t work. It doesn’t load, you can’t access anything. Please fix, it’s been like this for months.

I’ve been trying to use the app for several months and it keeps showing that there is a scheduled maintenance. This app was never great but now it’s worst. I can’t log in to make payments, or anything.
