It doesn’t let me in. I enter OTP and the page goes back to phone number

Worst experience with this app. I will never recommend anyone… they are harassing customers by taking prepared orders and return initiate from their side.. after that they didnt even refund me till yet..

No doubt Mia has very beautiful and stylish collection but the app needs improvement. It has many glitches and it’s very slow.Once you order, the order gets lost and the product gets out of stock. For a moment you can’t find the order in order section and one has to enquire about it from customer care.

I had queries and without solving my issues they closed the chat saying resolved issues… Customer service these days are getting so worst…

Profile section empty There’s a bug in the app I’m unable to add products to wish list as the app keeps asking to update mobile no. I just logged in via otp using mobile What update?! No clear response from either chatbot or WhatsApp chat box

When ever I try to look for any design, non of the pictures loads, it is just the price and name. Without the photo how can we see the design

I wouldn’t recommend downloading the app to purchase . The otp notifications doesn’t come on time, it takes 2,3 hours to receive and the app closes automatically again. They need to solve this technical issue for better functioning.

The products are nice and has variety of designs
