Low quality app
Low quality UX, clearly Not developed by anyone with experience / expertise. User interface , user journey pretty non intuitive. App crash frequent. Seems more like taking a paper process and copy pasting into an app skin.

Latest Version Not Working with iOS 14
Latest Version Not Working with iOS 14 ! Doesn’t even open up. Please fix it.
No Respond on GL request
not getting any respond on GL request through app
Always logged user out
This app always logged user out hence need to relogin every time access the application. Also the TeleMed function should allow patients to select doctors because auto assigned doctor not replying at all. Notifications from months back also become unread even though already deleted it. Please improve
broken
useless broken app, never seems to work when you need it, designed to discourage usage, maybe?
Absolutely useless
Absolutely trash app. Logs you out after 5 mins. Forces you to update before use. Can’t locate a clinic without turning on Location Service. The list goes on. I hate this app more than anything

Terrible app that I ever used before. super slow speed, please improve the app.
Values does not match table definitinon
After recent update, i encounter failed login with reason “Column name or number of supplied values does not match table definition” eventho ive entered correct information. Please help urgently

Logs me out
Keeps logging me out when I’m trying to submit a claim every time I switch to another screen to check and input the details of my claim.
