When I try to download guides, the download symbol shows, but nothing happens. I’ve tried being connected to the internet through WiFi, or through data and I’ve tried on a different phone and I’ve had no luck at all. I’m also struggling to find app support on the developers site to get this problem sorted.

I use it a lot for work because we have to but the search function is quite buggy and does not return results well

I am trying to select Northwick Park Hospital (the hospital I work out) and it says guide does not exist for hospital whilst the rest of the staff are currently using the app. Very disappointed please fix

The app keeps crashing and the pages don’t load. Fix it!

I do not have any professional Facebook, Google, or Apple accounts, so why is the only syncing a social log on. Have a look at your target audience and provide username and password authentication !! Update: developer clearly doesn’t understated the issue. There is an anonymous option - which does not allow you to take details to another device.

I tried with wifi and data, kept saying ‘checking for updates’, took forever!
