Became useless
This app worked for some days and forget if you try to reset Windows and use this app, it will never synch or work with Windows again. I cannot even remove delete my family account and start over. I don’t want any child settings since he cannot even log in now to school portal thanks to this useless app. No way to bypass anything and I want my family profile deleted, and re-create new one or not use it at all since seems to be useless now. Google has it better and easier family link.
Stupid app
This app is so stupid that it constantly requires internet connection. My teen just disconnected the internet before time limit reaches. An ideal app would have sat in system services.
Won’t let me use it
It say my phone is to old but it’s new
Latest update left me behind
I have been using this app for a few years, but today it ended. They updated the app and it will not work on anything prior to iOS version 16. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Too many consistent bugs
This app continues to have consistent bugs. The mobile version is not worth the effort. I’m tired of the app crashes and freezes constantly. Not good. Full of bugs.
Can’t see the Microsoft account balance
I hate that I can’t see the Microsoft account balance when I add money to my children’s accounts. It’s not working properly.
App Doesn’t Work
Tried approving a purchase and was locked out of logging in to complete the purchase. Had to use the web page which is barely more functional.
App is frozen
I haven’t been able to control the app since Thanksgiving. It just freezes.
