7/10/24 Found I actually can email microsoft, which i did & problem fixed! Thank you. Now, why in the app is there a need to “download new content” every day? ———— 7/1 Every time I try to do today’s challenge, the app comes up, signs in, plays an ad then won’t load the game. At least 5 ads with NO game coming up. Please fix…

Your apps are pfishing and pushing stuff I won’t use and would be dumb enough to play for. Adios

Newest update on April 28, 2024 causes the app to crash on my older iPad Air. Please fix it! Update July 9, 2024 version 4.2: app still crashes and won’t open.

Constantly interrupted. The games ads they force you to watch are sophomoric level kid games which they insist you to watch for a half a minute or more. Users know right away if they are interested but they make you sit through the entire lame demo. They should have a speedy opt out X appear after 5 seconds by which time most users know if they want to learn more about the game. This is a really irritating approach for a Microsoft company to take and even in mid-2024 they still do it!

Great games but it started showing ads with no way to skip. I deleted it.

Thank you for fixing the “loading” problem. However I completed four months of the five daily puzzles and my progress has disappeared. Very frustrated!

This game is the perfect balance between difficulty and frustration! I love it. And I love the butterfly graphic. It’s so well done, I could almost believe it’s real.
