When I schedule the AC to turn off at a specific time it doesn't turn off. It was working last year its not working this year. Fix the app!

Repeatedly asks you to sign in again. Bucket level warning doesn’t pop up on your phone unless you r in the app and entered into the page for the specific dehumidifier, even though things r properly enabled in Notifications under Settings. Plus numerous design issues that r unaesthetic and not user-friendly. I dunno how a big company like Midea wd think this level of quality wd be acceptable? 1/5 is being generous

I have no issues with using the dehumidifier- It does what it’s supposed to do and using the controls on it are straight forward. The issues I have are with the language in the app and the errors it throws. The grammar in the popups is horrible and not descriptive. Deleting and reinstalling the app seems to fix every issue I’ve encountered. I wish I could put pictures in the review to illustrate the language issue, but here’s an example of the text from one: Notice Midea Air app will no more update from December 31, 2023. We advice you migrate to our new app SmartHome to try more features. You can click "Learn More"to view the instruction and migration wizard of SmartHome. Cancel Learn More” Also, so often, you will need to re-sign into your account. When this is attempted, the app tells you your network connection is poor and refuses sign in. The work around appears to be deleting the app and reinstalling it. Just terrible.

Device will no longer connect to my wifi after latest firmware update. Developer has not provided any support at all.

Most recent update has broken all third party sign in options including Sign In with Apple, which I was using. Now whenever you try to use a third party sign in option a blank notice window pops up and you can only cancel or create a regular account with email. I don’t need yet another account and password to remember, the app was fine before but is useless to me now. Fix this immediately.

was perfect before update, now some feature pop ups are freezing the app. Not really useful , to bad, I have to delete it. Problem solve. They take care about customer. Thanks

The app used to be fine: functional, pretty enough, a few nice features. But the most recent update has broken it to be unusable. It now features helpful pop-up tutorials when opening the app, which is fine except: 1. I’ve been using the app for over a year, I really don’t need a forced tutorial, and more importantly 2. The pop-ups persist until dismissed with the OK button, even after restarting (or reinstalling) the app, but it’s not scaled for iPhone minis so the OK button on the screen. As a result, a previously completely fine app is now rendered unusable due to aggressive “helpfulness.” I’d laugh if I weren’t so annoyed!
