MidFirst Bank Mobile

If Face ID is enabled, you still have to enter your password every 5 or so log ins. This defeats the purpose of Face ID and is really annoying. Midfirst needs to fix this issue.

This bank treats you like your part of a family not a number like all the other big banks. Customer service is outstanding. The best location is off Power Rd and Rittenhouse Rd in Queen Creek, AZ.

App has always been buggy but losing the ability to pay via Zelle really pushes it over the edge of being the kinda broken I can deal with. Fix y’all’s app

I have appreciated getting familiar with the mobile deposit app. However, MidFirst changed the process a couple of months ago and didn’t let depositors like me know. It seems like sending out a simple notice could’ve been very helpful and would have saved a lot of aggravation on my end. At one point I had overdrawn my account briefly because I assumed the check I had deposited through the mobile app was going into it, but it had not due to the rule changes.

Annnnd now I’m having issues logging into my account. It’s acting like I’ve never had one and now I have to go into the bank after work and figure it out. Time for a new bank guys.

This MidFirst mobile app only works when it wants to boots me out I’ve had to delete and re-download this app about seven times and never recognizes my user ID makes me go through a 10 page task just to get everything set up

I cannot believe how fun and easy it was to sit up business account with MidFirst.

Easy to use

The MidFirst Bank app makes banking so simple. Every purchase statement appears right after you make a payment so you never have to wait until it gets taken out of you account to see your balance. Unlike other banking apps I’ve used in the past. 10\10

It’s taken me awhile to get the automatic deposit to work with my phone but finally did it!
