Made an accidental purchase of 80 dollars, Apple doesn’t care.
Unbelievably terrible service from Apple. I fully admit I made a mistake and purchased some all instruments pack on accident that costs 80 freaking dollars. I was tired, and hadn’t set it to require a password for purchases yet and just responded to the lock button prompt. I never used it and uninstalled the app, and immediately reported to Apple. Apple does not care one bit and rejected my refund, stating it’s their policy not to refund apps. Well guess what Apple? It’s my policy to not support a company that very clearly doesn’t care one bit about their customers. Google has a return policy for their apps you know… I have even gotten better service from Microsoft. I was initially impressed with my iPad and some of the audio apps as a primary Android/Windows user, and was planning to buy a MacBook Pro eventually. That definitely will not happen now, I’m done with Apple. Hope it was worth it!
