Migraine Tracker & Diary: MiG

super easy to navigate, easy to keep track and does almost all the work for me

I have finally decided to seek help for my migraines after years of suffering. This app is great for tracking frequency and severity. Lots of details and very easy to use. Obviously built by someone who understands migraines.

Great app, even better that it's free!! Easy to use, you can easily keep Track of headache days shd treatments.

I have just had this for maybe a couple days and when I say how detailed it is. Is absolutely amazing.

I love this app! I’ve been using the app for a few months now and have tried a few others for tracking migraines. Out of all of them, this is my favourite. I like the amount of options for each step that I can choose, the details I can track, the fact that it is free, and that it gives me stats/graphs. I take the stats to my doctor which is helpful to them as well and makes it easy to articulate what is actually going on. And to see trends. Feedback: One piece of feedback would be for the medication. When you add a dosage it changes the dosage for every time you’ve taken that medication, including the past. For example, the first day I took a medication I put in the dosage. Then I went up in dosage so I put that in, but when you go back to the days in the past I was on a lower dose it changes those days. So now it says those days were all at the higher dose in the app. I wish it didn’t change, as it would make it easier to track medication changes for migraines and the effects of them.

Downloaded a few migraine trackers to try. MiG isn’t as comprehensive as Migraine Buddy but it also doesn’t keep spamming me to upgrade to an expensive paid version. MiG does what I need it to do, it’s easy to use, and it’s free. I do like the weather pressure tracking and forecasting in Migraine Buddy but can’t justify spending $18 a month on it!

I started using this app last month has been very helpful so far. It is clear and detailed. I hope to easily see patterns for triggers.
