It’s just a “diary”, it doesn’t analyze photos. And it is impossible to cancel the purchase 😤 Это тупо дневник родинок, он ничего не распознаёт. Купила подписку и через 5 минут удалила программу, но вернуть деньги именно за эту подписку невозможно. Не устанавливайте.

Almost helpful

The spirit of this app is great, but it’s way too much work given what is possible with an average phone and one person. Here are a few of my grievances: • The full body scan only uses the wide angle lens on my iPhone which tends to distort my body shape, just a personal irk but it makes me not want to use that feature at all. Also it seems like there is a way more robust alternative waiting to be made using photogrammetry instead of just a single front and back snap where you look like a frog being held against its will in a cardboard box. • Getting consistent lighting and remembering those angles and distances and position is a nightmare if you have more than a handful of moles to rescan. That’s why a professional setup has a hand held unit, seperate from a screen, with a built in light and transparent plastic end part that keeps everything uniform, that’s impossible with a smart phone. • You cannot easily reposition the dots on the human model after you add them. It only becomes apparent how out of proportion some moles are after you’ve added a few. • Seems obvious but I’ll say it. You need someone who can do your back for snapping closeups of moles. But another person for doing any of the closeups is almost always needed • With AR being what it is, it seems primitive that they only offer a “coin” option to measure size. Did they not consider a ruler would actually be a lot more uniformly accessible across different regions? Or have some feature where you just point the camera at your chosen object to measure it as a reference using front facing sensors and camera. I personally only like using my debit or credit card. So I hate keeping change. I really wanted this app to work, but there is so much it has to fight with to work properly. If you have two or three moles to track It’ll do that great, but anymore and it’s a nightmare.

$4.99 a month?

$4.99 a month for this app? I’ve been paying $4.99 since December last year and it just sits there on my phone and takes out $4.99 each month. No I am cancelling my subscription. It stores the photo? For $4.99? I can do all of this on my phone for free and have a reminder for free on my calendar.

No reversible camera

You can’t turn the camera around to take a picture and other than by eye I have no idea how to compare the moles. It keeps prompting me to pay.

Questionable value

If there is no medical expertise that can be accessed through the app, then I'm not sure there's great value in it. Any phone can capture and store photos. It's this Instagram for skin lesions?

Not clear how to change your prescription

I don’t like that I have to pay $25 just to ask dermatologist a question about my prescription just for her to say that I have to submit a new consultation. Seems scammy!

Scam

Had the provider say they would send a prescription to my pharmacy. They never did. After waiting a while for the provider to send it in, the app would not let me message them without spending an extra 25 dollars. When I submitted a support ticket an automated message said they won’t get to it for several days. My interaction with the provider was excellent, however the app is horrible.

Bad for telehealth

I paid $60 for a dermatology consult through Miiskin and got ghosted by the provider. The app might be good for tracking moles, etc. but if you plan on using their telehealth services, prepare to be disappointed.
