This is crazy the software has not been working for over 3 months. It either crashes, records straight line trips or does not record at all. Not good

Can trips be changed from miles to km?

Tracker is not working for a few weeks, despite multiple attempt to contact the support, there is no response at all.

Every update the app gets worse. From crashes to not logging trips to not accurately recording the correct route and KM. The developer is happy to take your money and make promises to fix the issues however has not yet delivered a positive outcome. Choose another app instead.

Update to May 23 - I’m pretty over the amount of times the app locks up and support tell me to uninstall and reinstall, with me subsequently having to remember all the trips I’ve done and put them in manually. It really defeats the purpose of the app. Time to try something else I suppose. I feel ripped off that I’ve persisted with this app, paid lots of money and still had to manually track trips. Update: v1.31 - I have updated to the new version, now I cannot even get the app to open. It instantly crashed. Prior version was only logging every 2nd or 3rd trip. Some how it thinks it's normal for a car to finish a trip in one place and start in a completely different location. Don't spend money on it! The app interface is intuative to use. Unfortunately, and this is a BIG problem, the app is very very unreliable. It has only recored 20% of the trips of made. 2nd biggest problem is it wastes so much battery power it's not funny. With the reliability issues, my phone has been on, charging in the car with GPS enabled, but it has failed to record most of the trips made. The app freezes after every second use and only has a black screen when trying to open. Resetting the app fixes it sometimes, but I've had to delete and reinstall numerous times.

Great app but can you fix the issue where the map takes ages to load before you can classify the trip thanks

When it works it’s great but I personally have had many issues with the app. I’ve had to log into it even though it’s running in the background, stops working after updates and hasn’t worked since the last update!! Guess I’ll be looking for a new app! 😢

Got this app over some of the other ones due to its auto classification but when you enter their working week I.e. Wednesday, Thursday & Friday only it still recorded the other days thus making it harder to sort through when you generated a report and sometimes you cannot edit in the app itself.

I had high hopes for this app. I thought it would make the 12 weeks painless. I was wrong. It works great for the trial period but then when the monthly fee kicks in. Blammo. Stops working.

I really do like this App and it works great when it works, but constantly it doesn’t track days last week it missed Sunday-Thrusday very annoying. And yes its always turned on.
