You are losing business by not having a functional app. It times out and we are unable to order.

App won’t open, crashes instantly.

Now it won’t allow me to order at all. My favorite faulty function is the ability to modify ingredients. For example, when ordering a they sandwich I get an option to remove ham. I figured it was a temporary glitch but it’s been non-functioning for a long time.

It seems promising… but won’t let you check out and won’t let me update my phone number when prompted. Seems like a bug. Doesn’t work.

Most recently a valid credit card can’t be used in the app. Ordering thru the website works.

Whenever you try to modify ingredients your order crashes. It takes multiple attempts to get things to finally work. Now the app completely crashes when attempting to modify ingredients. This app is absolutely useless.

My family has a Sunday Milio’s ritual and your app has gone from reasonably functional to completely borked. Today I couldn’t complete my order. It was frozen on the shopping cart with no way to advance to payment. The app kept prompting me to add my phone number to my profile (which I’m sure I had in there in the past) and didn’t seem to save all my efforts to do that. Please spend the money for a skilled professional to build and maintain your app. As loyal, regular customers, we would really appreciate it.

Wont let me place an order for pickup on the same day I order it, who would place in order 24 hours in advance anyway
